What advert is this?

I'm trying to track down an old advert, was wondering if anyone knew who did it - thinking it might have been Sony Ericsson?

It was a TV spot a while back and there was a guy was taking pictures of random objects or so the viewer thought, but when he got to another country he started showing the pictures of food, toilet and so forth to communicate, think he was using a phone or a digital camera...
