Can anyone name the music in this advert?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me track down a piece of music that was used in a nineties Tetley's Bitter advert.

In this advert there's a piece of music that comes in at 00:30 seconds.

If anyone knows who it's by, I'll be eternally grateful. I first saw this advert in the late nineties and I've been searching for it for a long time. I found it on YouTube the other day, but I have not been able to name the piece of music. I've wanted to know the name of the piece all that time!

Did they not used to use that particular piece of music on TV when they were doing knife throwing tricks etc? Or am I remembering something else?
