the best mouse bait?

i have mice in my flat and i bought some 'freindly' traps (i don't want to kill them) but they are sooo not going for cheese!! anyone know what they love? thanks!

Two seagulls spent all afternoon in my garden, one squarking, and the other one picking up the odd twig, then putting it down. Finally they had a fight (?) locking beaks. What does this mean?!
