Our 2 cats are being sick more than they used to. It is brown liquid but often undigested Iams.
They have iams and Good as it looks pouches.
Other forums sugest that Iams is not good. What do ABers think?
Think you need to change their diet- no matter what other forums say. If a cat, indeed any animal is honking up after you feed it, logic tells you to change their food!
Do they bring up the contents of the pouches as well? I found that when Rover started to be ill with kidney problems, the obvious sign was that he brought up large amounts of undigested food, and bile. I'd pop them along to the vets and get a blood check done, just in case.
try royal canin ours were better on that lots of different versions for different types of cat but it may be a problem with dried food generally ...but if they are getting on a bit ( 8+ ) agree worth getting them checked as it can be an early sign of kidney problems
What agrees with one cat may not agree with another. And it doesn't always follow that the dear ones are best. My previous cat could only eat Iams or James Wellbeloved. When he passed away last year I still had half a bag of Iams left. This made my new cat throw up, he is now happiest eating Aldi own label pouches.
Iams is not good, I'd listen to the people who have told you this. There are pouches available for cats who have problems digesting food, they are pretty boring ie chicken and rice but maybe their digestion needs a rest.
