Swim bladder possibly
feed it some small thawed frozen pea mashed up a bit... is the water quality ok?

Poor thing has joined the choir invisible. Never mind - sometimes it happens.

You used to be able to get those plastic goldfish that float and have an invisible string to a weight. They look real but don't move much lol. Low maintenance though. Haven't seen them around for a while.
