Have just bought Smoke the Mog a lovely new cat tree with platforms, cave & scratching poles. He took one sniff & went & sat in the box it came in. Next time I'm just getting him a box.

Suspects are -
Princess Merlin (aka Slasher) uses the litter tray and races out again with limited digging.
or
Frankie de Tom Cat who has massive wees (he takes steroids) and digs for ages after using the facilities. Frankie also loves to clean his paws after using the bathroom - carpets, towels and walls. He should manage to get through the wall by the end of the year.

I had a Persian cat that used to love boxes. He was amazing, but sometimes a little dense. If he saw a box, he would have to be in it. The smaller the box the better - I suppose he saw it as a challenge?
Several years ago, me and my sister made our mum a nice cake for her birthday. We were so proud of our achievement (both being a little broccoli at baking!). We then popped it into a box for transportation, and wallah - in jumped the cat! Being the cat owner, I found it hilarious, my sister did not. With only minutes to spare, we fluffed out the paw prints and picked out the hairs. We allowed mum to blow out the candles, but warned her not to eat the cake!
