What can I do now to ensure these two owners will never own a dog again.

I have heard one owner wants a little dog for his son. I am going to stop it - if I can.

I don't where to go to, the authorities that be, etc. Please forward me to the direct direction. They will never own another dog.

Nothing if they haven't been banned from keeping animals.
conne all you can do is express yout concerns to RSPCA
Very difficult now their dog is dead...you don’t have a live suffering dog to report to the police, the RSPCA or the dog warden

well I am going to make every part of every fibre of my being to make sure they will never have another animal BUT if they do I myself will keep an eye on it.
What did they do to the dog to cause you so much concern?
They had a dog until it was 16 in my experience most animal abusers would not keep a dog that long!

What did they do to the dog?
Is there a background story to this????
If you're in Ulster still, it's the USPCA and they have a page with 'phone numbers to contact depending where you are in Ulster, http://uspca.co.uk/how-to-report-animal-cruelty/

they do didn't do anything to the dog - it slept away
I think this is the previous post. It makes about as much sense as this one.

Thanks Zac I saw that but 16 is a very good age for a dog,
( about 80 in human years?) I can't see it could have been that badly treated if it lived to such a good age!
jj - what does 'it slept away' mean?? Please answer the queries on here and the other post about what they actually did to the dog. If the SPCA were aware this dog was neglected, I'm sure they'd be interested if the couple got another dog ...
I'm still none the wiser!
I'm very confused!!
Died in his sleep maybe.
Working on the principle that one dog year equals seven human years the dog was 112.
