Saw this in the paper at the weekend, said the RSPCA are keeping him until their investigations are complete. Andrew Neil has offered to adopt him.

I'm certain that a lot of people will be interested in re-homing him. I would if we didn't have Tilly.

However, I do hope that his 'owner' is caught and severely brought to book.
