Is anyone else having problems with Talktalk ?

I had a message this morning - the 5th ' saying that they had problems and hoped to fix by 11pm on the 4th !

I ve heard nothing all day and cannot access the intene

Ive tried ringing them but it is impossible to speak to a person.

Please - any advice as stupidly simple as possible.  Thank yout.

Customers in Eccles, Bracknell, Inverness & Wokingham might have current problems but, as far as I can see, everywhere else should be OK:

I am with Talktalk & their service is dire. All last week the Wi-Fi kept dropping. Disgraceful.

Thanks very much both.  All seems well now - dont know what the problem was.  I was worried - thought id been compromised in some way.

I am really anniyed that you cant get to spesk to a human.  It makes me want to change - and ive been with them some time

Regrettably, getting to talk to a real person is becoming increasingly impossible with suppliers. Talktalk are by no means unique in this respect.
