We had a 'visit' from next doors cat and it has left us with invaders. I am sure a friend had the same problem in her sons bedroom and managed to get something to burn that would fumigate the area. Any ideas where I can get something to rid the place for good.

I do not have any pets of my own for this reason - but thank you
You can get a 'flea bomb' which you put in a closed room and set off, leave it for a few hours and it kills the fleas.
You can get them from pet shops.
use a flea spray around the house every week for a couple of months to stop them hatching the eggs and thus starting the cycle again.
I had the same problems and if u dont control it it will escalate!

good luck. itch
You certainly dont need to do it every week! If you get one from your local vet (Acclaim is very good or you can buy one called Zodiac from Pets at Home) follow the directions carefully (its very simple to use but make sure you tie a damp cloth around your face, the spray is very toxic). One spray treatment for the whole house will keep you protected from all fleas for up to one year. Its not worth messing around with the cheaper products bought from pet shops and supermarkets. They dont work efficiently. Best of Luck.
