Hi 409princess
I read only today in one of the newspapers that you use "Lawn Rescue" from Fito/Gauber. It helps remove the patches and encourages new grass growth.
You apply it as a spray to the affected area.
Must get some myself.

Thanks Cruella - must try and find some !
I simply get a watering can full of water and drown the area where the dog has weed. (Grass can get a bit muddy at times, but at least theres no brown patches.)

Pets at Home do a Pet and Garden Lawn Rescue, 3.99, which a friend swears by.
