Has my dog got a tummy ache???

My dog is listless & her tummy is gurgling, she has ate so it's not it rumbling. I'm just a little worried it's hurting her. x

Could be just a case of wind, where she has swallowed air when eating. If it has not stopped by tomorrow then take her to the vet.

Something to be aware of particularly with the large/giant breeds is something called bloat, but if she had this her stomach would be swollen and she would be drooling or frothy at the mouth - bloat is extremely serious and needs veterinary attention immediately.

When dogs have stomach pain - i.e. due to swallowing stones - they stop eating, their noses go dry, and they're very often sick. They need referring to a vet immediately in this case, but I think/hope yours'll be OK!
