help! any ideas to stop this cat!!
hi guys!
Ive got a kitten whos a bit of a wimp and recently he's been following and playing with a cat from my street whos also quite young. Recently ive noticed that this random cat has been coming in my house at night and eating all of my kittens food!!! ive tried everything to stop it coming in as i think my kitten might feel like its invading its territory. (i know its harsh but ive even thrown a bucket of water on it!!!!) and it keeps coming back. Ive got a dog whos old and lazy and cant be bothered with getting involved and i cant lock the cat flap as ykitten wont be able to get out. Any ideas?????

How old is your kitten? They shouldn't go out unsupervised until they are 5/6 months old at least, that could be why your kitten doesn't know how to "protect" her territory as she doesn't have the necessary "social" skills yet. If you have a cat flap, the only solution would seem to be getting a magnetic one, that only your cat would be able to open. They aren't very expensive.
