I think all young dogs do this, I know mine does and she's a Jack Russell, it drives me mental when she does a circuit of the livingroom, belts upstairs, whizzes round the kitchen and starts all over again.
Hi there, I have 3 staffies, they too , all have their mad half hour (as I call it, seems like it) usually chasing their tail round trying to catch it. Luckily they dont seem to go daft at the same time, Jane
My dog is a terrier and he does a 5 minute spazz attack 3 times a day, there`s no warning, he just gets up and does it, 50 miles an hour round the room, how he doesn`t run into something is quite amazing
In a nutshell "Yes" I have one, he weighs in at 27kg, his
favourite area for a spin is the kitchen, the problem is,
he has no manners and isn't bothered who's legs he takes out during this mad 10 minutes or so. Both my son and daughter have staffs and they are just the same.
For all their crazy antics, we wouldn't have any other
kind of dog.
Its not just dogs that do this, every cat i've ever had has done it too, being smaller they cause less damage-apart from one cat I had who used to run up and down the curtains repeatedly.
I too wouldn't have any other sort of dog, was brought up with staffies. Got 3 now, with 2 young kids and they are absolutely brill with my boys.
