Where do i stand with the breeders after buying a bully

brought a british bull dog pup 7 months ago and now discovered she has hip problems. Where do i stand with the breeder if anywhere as she cost �1900. We had to get her "done" to pervent her having babies due to her hip problems. Can anyone help on this matter please?
