It's symptoms of liver and / or kidney disease, to which cats are prone.

BOO is quite right - the vet's - right now please.

It could also indicate bowel cancer.

I really do hope this cat has had some attention. I love this topic area on AB, but I get so frustrated when people post things like this on here. We can't help except to say go to the vet asap.

I've been checking too, please let us know how your cat's doing.

I was speaking to someone on the phone saying their cat was drinking loads and I told them to get the cat to the vets as soon as they could to get them checked out.

I heard later that the cat was only taken to the vet once he got much worse and by that time there was little they could do. I was furious they hadn't acted sooner and very upset.

I think they didn't want to think there was anything wrong with the cat but in the end he suffered so much more than he needed to.

Still no answer - I sometimes wonder why people post, if they're not going to give us any feedback. Of course, jojo24, you may have taken puss to the vet & be too busy caring for her to get back to us - I hope that's the case, but please do let us know how she is! K
