It might just be that she is unsure of her new surroundings,if shes' never been walked she might be used to "going" in one spot and it will take her a while to realise shes' not being "naughty" going somewhere else,as most dog owners will confirm this is a common problem when you first start walking a new puppy. However if the problem persists take her to the vets ASAP as she may have a blockage.
Is this the boxer from your other question?
I would make my first stop the vet, get them to give her a general check over. She could have any number of things wrong.
Where did you buy her from? A reputable breeder? Or a puppy farm? What information were you given when you bought her (eg what food she was on, if she is vaccinated etc.)?

If this is the Boxer you were asking about, then how can you even think of breeding from her if she is timid, Boxers should be outgoing and friendly, and if she has been kept confined she needs socialising to see if her temperament is due to her surroundings or whether it is inherited. Has she been heart tested and hip scored?
