My Cat has a lump under his chin?!

Over the last couple of days my cat seems to have lumps under his chin. I can only describe it as being like when you have swollen glands but it seems to be as hard as bone and not painful to him at all. It goes right across from left to right with it being bigger either side, does anyone have any idea what this might be??

it could b cancer of the glands take ur cat 2 the vets because like us animals have there own pain thresh hold an ur cat could be hidding the pain
