my guinea pig Buddy makes a sound like hes in pain when he uses the bathroom. Whats wrong with him and what do i give him?

i found my answer i need to only give him hay and very little green pepper and carrots thanks for all the answers though

ring the rspca and find out where your nearest clinic is
