Hi, I have a seven month old terrier who likes to chew a lot, can anyone recommend something we can give him to keep him entertained that he wont destroy, we have given him squeaky toys and ropes but he destroys them with in minutes, I gave him a new ball last night and it didnt even last five minutes before I had to take it off him because he was chewing the rubber off it. He has chews and stuff and he has a kong that he likes but nothing else to play with really. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

If you have an amicable local Butcher he may give you some large Bones for your Dog to chew on. Soft Toys are easily destroyed as your Dog can get his teeth into them too easily.

get him one of them kongs they are quite durable and you can put treats or even a smear of peanut butter inside will keep him busy for some time xxx

The firm who make Kongs also make other toys, so have a look at the Company of Animals website. You could also try a Buster cube, where you put treats inside a ball and he has to roll it around to get them out.

how undestructable is the buster ball? Max has a tendency to chew through anything!

Is he neutered?. That's a big step to controlling male animals (digs and cats) behaviour. I would def look into that.
