Russian Blue
They are also very beautiful and good natured.
they must moult....everything that has hair loses some all the time.
The sphynx is a hairless cat...looks like an alien but apparently very good pets...the curly coated rex cats shed a little less than some as their coat is coarser hence less hair,

The answer is have a cat and groom them daily so the hair comes out in the brush and comb....

Don't forget to keep the shed hair intil the spring then put it out in the garden for nesting birds
Short haired ones lose less.

I know this because we now have a semi-long haired one and he loses so much it's untrue.
Beware the short hairs with the dense fur type though they can keep up with a b*****y persian we have had long hairs, short hairs and what I call dense hair or plush fur type, the orientals tend not to have especially thick fur so would probably be best if you don't fancy the sphynx Beware though they are incredibly vocal andwill always have the last meow
