Horrified - woman puts cat in wheelie bin.................
I've just heard about this on the news, just look at this clip, if it's true it's hideous, and I hope they can identify this cruel, horrible woman and prosecute . The poor cat was in the wheelie bin for 15 hours according to the news report - just imagine what would have happened if it was dustbin day.
I'm curious, though, how this came to be captured on CCTV - do you think it's true? Media URL: http://blogs.coventrytelegraph.net/ladslounge/2010/08/woman-throws-cat-into-wheelie.html

There are lots of cruel things happens to animals which don't bear thinking about. I had to have my lovely golden lab put to sleep a year ago and I still feel guilty having to do this but I just have to keep telling myself I could not allow him to suffer as he had had a good life.Hope she gets prosecuted.
All of our council's commercial wheelie bins ... out the back of bars and shops ... have signs on them warning people not to go to sleep in them.
Does that happen everywhere? or is it only here that revellers have a tendency to go to sleep in wheelie bins?
Maybe that's the problem. That lady might have seen a wheelie bin as a perfectly normal place to have a nap. (a cat nap, ha ha)
