cat problems

I have great problems with cats doing their business around my garden and on my lawns. I've read there is a plant called Scary Cat, does anyone know if this actually works or has anybody any other suggestions ?

You could try leaving orange or lemon peel around the garden.  Cats don't like the smell.  Or you could try placing bottles of water around your garden.  Cats don't like the reflection the water gives off.  I know it doesn't look very nice.
