There isn't a lot you can do other than make sure she gets vet treatment if she has trouble giving birth, and get her spayed as soon afterwards as possible to prevent further litters.

a cat can have a litter of kittens sired by several encounters with several Toms, there is a huge cat gene pool out there, don't worry, cats can cope, they are built that way.
