which country are you in

england
and was it a frog or a toad - frogs are damp - toads dry - frogs hop, toads sort of walk plus they are warty!
Are you in the UK? If so, not a problem. It probably wasn't a frog, it was probably a toad. They secrete stuff which tastes really nasty. Doggy will be fine. Just give him plenty of water and monitor him.

im not sure whether it was a frog or toad but i always imagine toads to be big and this was quite small therefore i think a frog. We live in the country and havent noticed him after any until a few days ago when he had one in his mouth but he did not have a reaction to that one - maybe that was a frog and this one a toad?
Wash his mouth out with lots of water - it's unlikely it will be a problem but doesn't your vet have a hot line just in case.?
