Drilling Glass Aquariums

Hi, has anyone ever had their Glass aquarium drilled before for sump installation. What are the risk factors involved with this. I wouldn't like to destroy the tank as it's very expensive! Cheers, David

Take a look at reefpark.net where you can get lots of  advice from experienced aquarists.  There are lots of topics on the site dedicated to questions such as yours. Even if you have a freshwater rather than a marine tank (though I'd assume you have if you're having a sump fitted) the site will be useful to you as far as questions on hardware go.
