Building duck house - help!
4 Answers
We are building a duck house in the garden for 2-4 Aylesbury ducks We have plans for the house itself and pond, but we are confused with the conflicting advise about the duck run.
We have a secure garden and will allow the ducks to roam free when we are home. When we are out we would like them to be a little more penned in a run. My question is, does the run need a cover or will they be safe with an open run?
*There are cats in the neighborhood and there are birds of prey in the area, but I have never seen foxes anywhere near.
Thank you :0)

Not sure whether they can fly - ducks which live in my village fly all the time. I think you have to clip their wings. Be nice to have your own eggs to eat!
