Second false pregnancy in two months!!

My mini dachshund had a false pregnancy in early October following her first season. She became distraught and needed two lots of medication plus antibiotics and diazepam.
She's booked in for neutering on 8th December but tonight she has started to lactate again and her behaviours towards her toys has started again ..

Can a dig have two phantoms so close together??
I'm quite concerned!

Sorry just seen this question. Your vet should be able to give something called Delvosterone which will either take them out of season or make them think they are out if they are having a phantom and also dry up any milk. This can also be used regularly to keep them from coming in season. You can also use epsom salts to dry up milk, a teaspoon in a pint of water and if necessary syringe into the side of the mouth.
