i have birds trying to make a nest in my dryer duct, now it already has a flap can you tell me what else i can use to make it so they can't get in there without causing my trailer damage?
There at least two other types of dryer vent duct covers that would help... one is made of plastic and has several "slats" along the front rather than just a single flap. The slats are about 3/4 inches in width. This works well and is very inexpensive and fairly easy to replace the one you now have. The other is a floating shuttle inside a plastic "jar". It works extremely well, but is more expensive a a little more difficult to replace... good luck!
