I have a Cocker Spaniel, she's 7 months old, I read that this breed have usually done about 90% of their growing by the time they are 6 months old, Callie's growth has certainly slowed considerably in the last couple of months............
depends on what size of poodle went in to the mix. I would still say around 18months. Dogs tend to grow into their paws so if the paws look big then chances are there is more growing to do.
By 18 months Max my GSD had reached his full height but was rather skinny, over the next 6 months or so, he bulked up until he made in my biased opinion as fine a GSD as you'll ever see.

Thanks all, I bought a travel pod to take camping in the summer, but was not sure if it will be big enough,
For most dogs its 1-2year, larger dogs like great danes and mastiff grow over a long space of time for 2-4years, for smaller dogs like yorkies, chihuahua, toy breeds its a lot quicker at about 6-8months. I have jackrussell which stoped his growth at years old and a pug that stopped at 8months
