Finding a venue to train a dog

I'm looking for a place to train dogs/puppies. I would like to rent somewhere like a large room (classes have a max of 10 dogs, but usually 7 or 8). Ideally, I'd like a smallish fenced off grassed area outside to train them and also to do dog agility. I have a church hall that I hire, but there's no room outside and the contract is up.
So what I'm really asking is does anyone out there have any ideas of suitable venues I could try, because I've run out of my own (ones that I have tried without success).
Thanks

ok, so when we ran a flyball club we used to use the village hall in the next village over, which had outside too. Our dogs currently do agility at a farm (at an indoor menage) Our previous flyball club was at a barn on a farm. we also used to go to one at the local pet rescue farm
try local riding schools, they may have an indoor school you could hire - lots doing that in my area.
Local community centre?
Whereabouts are you?

Thanks for your prompt reply, Lakeela.
I'm in S. Bedfordshire, but I don't mind anywhere in Herts. Somewhere like Harpenden would be really ideal.

Thanks for your splendid suggestions; all very useful indeed. I'll take on board all your suggestions and most certainly be looking very hard to obtain an apt venue in the forthcoming weeks.
I will let you know if there's any progress or success in my quest - soon, I hope.
;)
You could try an advert on Agilitynet, someone might know somewhere but not be willing/capable of running somewhere themselves. Also try asking around the horsey community to see if anyone has a private indoor school/paddock area or a horse rescue place.
