It depends on your definition of sleep.  Most insects have a daily rhythm of activity that varies throughout the 24 hours.  For example, night-flying moths will become still and unresponsive during daylight hours and day active insects will do likewise at night.

Many insects hibernate for part of the year so that could be considered a form of sleep.

If you mean "Do insects close their eyes, dream and snore" then the answer is "No".
