St Bernard Toilet Issue

My 2 year old St Bernard has suddenly started peeing in the house during the night,this has been going on for about a week now.yesterday he started doing it through the day as well. He has access to outside near enough all day so I can not understand why he is doing this. Any suggestions please?

If it is a bladder infection, it's easily treated with antibiotics.

Other than an infection, have you had any other dogs in the house recently, or is there a bitch in season nearby? He is now reaching maturity (for a giant breed) and he could just be scent marking to mark his territory.
