Has anyone tried this book?  Are the garments itchy?

I remember reading about a lady who knitted with her old english sheepdogs shed hair. You have to spin it with something else to get a viable thread and it knitted up like mohair, so yes I would say it would be majorly itchy

I have spun & crochted a small amount of hair from my Irish Setter. I made it into a hat, and it was not itchy.

I have also seen on tv a woman who kept & spun all her own hair, and over the years had knitted herself a complete wardrobe of skirts, tops, bags etc.
