Taxing Of Beaters Wages

Has anybody any idea how Owners of pheasant shoots are supposed to administer the new regulations regarding taxation of beaters wages.

I beat at 3 different shoots and they all seem to be doing diferent things.

What is the legal way of paying their beaters?
