There are several 11 letter ones but not beginning with C. Alternatively are you sure its 11 letters. If it were ten it would be Chiffchaff which is a very distinctive and very repetitive song.
I've just counted 56 warblers listed for Britain and Europe ( could be more) and just 2 beginning with C.
As much as I love Robby's Cettia Cetti it has to be burnhal's answer of Chiffchaff. It's the only one that fits the description. In fact three or more chiffchaffing together can drive you nuts - so distinctive that it's usually the first song that everyone can pick out straight away. Bit puzzled about the 11 letters though.
