It's tipped it down here on and off too .Mr S went to Lidl ,got caught in it and came in looking like a drowned rat.
Sounds very swish Woofy ,you just need a ball gown and tiara now :)

That's very nice Woofy .Very sparkly.
Nice day here,sunny and breezy.A welcome change from yesterday's downpours where we discovered water had been dripping through the roof of the sun room.Sigh.
I don't think it's the roof though ,rather it's the Velux window which will have to be replaced I suppose as that seems to be where the drips were coming from.

nice day today, went for a walk around the big city. I'd managed to forget to take money or credit card, so I wasn't tempted into impulse purchases, though a cold drink might have been nice.

laser eye surgery this morning. Dental implant this afternoon. I am a little tired. Going to jno jnr's river-view flat for lunch on Sunday but Monday's BBQ is off as sis and her OH have returned from holidays sick as parrots - she sent me an email from the local A&E.

wow getting stuff done on a saturday! thats pretty much unheard of round here even privately. I hope it all goes well, it doesn't sound like a pleasant day. I hope your Sis and her OG feel better soon, there seems to be a lot of it about this year. Not much planned for today as its going to be too darn hot.

I meant today as in Friday. I do tend to worry that the treatment will be like buying a Friday afternoon car as the mexicos head off to the golf courses. Mouth is still sore but nothing nurofens can't sort out, and the eye seems fine again.

Hello biddies. I has never known such a hot and boring summer.
Woofy a question. I've seen on FB your photo of your pumpkins growing up a frame. We have something similar with our melons . Where does the fruit grow, as too pendulous to hang? Btw loved seeing the very handsome woofers!
