Bird/wildlife Antics!
I'm just killing time waiting for a phone call & I found this funny pic!
Do you have any wildlife clowns/acrobats in your garden?
We used to have a sparrow who followed the pigeons & pulled out the feathers from their rears, presumably for her nest!!

The squirrel hangs upside down to take sunflower seeds out of a feeder on my tree. I bet the little devil is burying them too. I've got peanuts growing all over the place!
(Oops trouble in the garden - dog's just spotted the squirrel!! ---------->-------->
Somewhere amongst my photos is a picture of our very late lamented bunny Zoe getting the shock of her life when a racing pigeon had the temerity to hop into her cage, nudge her aside and proceed to eat from her bowl. The look on her face was priceless!
Not birds but this picture of a kitten is quite amusing - if you can see it....fingers crossed.
Hehe Cetti - lovely pics. Maybe if all cats wore hats like that they'd be too embarrassed to chase the birds! Actually the first pic is giving me ideas, I went down the garden this morning to find the local Kitten Kong on top of my plastic greenhouse!! As I stood & glared at it it slowly slid backwards until just it's paws & top of it's head were visible over the ridge at the top. The cheek!!
Still no joy on mystery bird btw but my neighbour has heard it. Thank goodness it's not just my tinnitus then!
My neighbour is very keen on using pump-action water pistols on the local feline population. He gave it to me to have a go but by the time I've worked out how to use the damn thing the moggies are long gone - tittering behind their paws I shouldn't wonder.
Don't hold your breath but hopefully you may have an answer soon about your birdy q.
