Are you looking for an exhaustive list, or just some examples? Well here are a few from the top of my head in the middle of the night. There are soooo many more but I'm tired.

1. lactases and lipases for cheese production, proteases and amylases for detergents, amylases for beer and bread production, glucose isomerase for high-fructose corn syrup production, cellulose for fabric softening...

2. proteases for wound cleansing

3. taq-polymerase for DNA replication in PCR (polymerase chain reaction) technique
