what do i look for when candleing eggs that have been incubated for ten days.?thanks

By this time, the eggs will be almost totally darkened as compared to a fresh egg.  There will be light spot the big end, however.  If the light used in the candling viewing is bright enough, you'll be able to see masses of vein growth and, if you look closely enough, you'll be able to see the tiny heart of the chick beating furiously...
