Recovery Time

does anyone know how long it takes a dog to recover from being spayed

Mine have always been fine the next day after a good night's sleep.

I would say back to completely normal 48 hours post op, back to being allowed to live a normal life 7 to 10 days once the opsite has healed and stitches out or dissolved.

harvey was the same (neutered) - I was expecting blood and guts - walked out as if nothing had been done to him. I couldn't believe it. Thank God Maxie has been neutered.

our Spaniel *** was fine after a good nights sleep, however the hood she had to wear to stop her chewing the stitches did annoy her but otherwise she was fine!.....
