They've certainly been earlier here (mid Northern Ireland). 2 years ago saw the first one on the 11th April and last year it wasn't until the 19th that the first one appeared. This year however,it was 3rd April that they arrived.

Been around here for two, maybe three weeks now, still wearing a scarf and gloves so maybe a tad early ;o)
