As far as I know you can't get spare trays but you might be able to get a dog crate tray that fits. Alternatively a lot of people get metal trays made http://www.johnhopewell.co.uk/
Or make their own deep Perspex trays, some people have used these people

IMO are better, don't rust and they will allow a deeper
substrate base and keep it in the cage. You can get the Perspex cut to size online
and make them up yourself with glue/ duck tape
