We already have a 2 year old springer called Murphy.

HAnn she looks lovely and comfy. My two are lying on the sofa (naughty I know) with their pink and green toy dog, fast asleep. Other half is doing the same minus the pink and green toy.

I remember buying Topsy the corgi for my Mum in1973 after my Dad had died.In those days you could still buy pedigree pups in pet shops.She cost 11 Guineas which was quite a lot of money then.There was no such coin as a Guinea but for some reason they sold livestock in this old fashioned way.In spite of the fact we then had decimal coinage.She was a little bundle of fur just like Mazy and we named her Topsy because she kept skidding around and toppling over on the lino !! Seeing Mazy as a pup reminded me of her.
