Why is it that dog owners have to scoop the poop but not horse owners which leave a lot more mess, are dogowners just scapegoats?

You dont get many horses crapping on the pavement. There are many many more dogs who litter the pavement than horses, scapegoats my arse.

Horse poo is basically just rotting veg. Dog poo is a whole lot worse and contains many nastys. Dog poo also stinks terrible! If you get horse poo on your shoe its not really that much of a disaster, with dog poo you make for the next lot of grass and heave while you do it.
