if it was me I would get it checked out at the vet....could be flea bits, cysts, loads of things.
12 years is getting near the top of the ' life range ' for a dog ! At that age there are going to be problems ! Unless the dog is showing signs of distress I would not worry about it !
It might be nothing more than skin tags. I would just get the vet to check, to be safe x
EDDIE that is not a sensible comment.
Different breeds have different life expectancies, Eddie... and if something is harmless or treatable, you would want to know- whatever their age is.
Terriers can live a very long life, I know one little chap who is 18 years old. Take yours to the vet, just in case it is not harmless or you will never forgive yourself.

OMG £120 to examine and send sample for laboratory for biopsy and another £350 to remove 3 spots.. And thats if the biopsy is clear... Geeeez
Ouch take a deep breath! If they prove to be harmless will they need to be removed feebletoe?
Vets aren't cheap though, we all know that. Surely your dog is worth it, mine would be.
they don't biopsy for amusement. Well done for taking care of your friend.
Forgot to say thank you for getting back to us feebletoe.

For a Terrier he is not all that old. I hope that whatever the cause that the Vet can do something to help. x

Not true in respect to terriers, I know of one that lived to be twenty one,and it is common for them to live to between fifteen and twenty.
