Been down to our local with the family and Lola, only a couple of drinks and home , the pub had a lovely atmosphere and I saw loads of people we knew

Now for a Chinese, it doesn’t get much better than this , tomorrow we meet with our friends for about 4 hours then home by 9-30

Just two more nephews to go.

Hi JJ, I like most things on a Chinese , OH got it at Marksies today, so it’s a comfy night in front of the TV for us
We don't have any traditions. It's my mums b'day today so a lot depends on what she wants to do.
oh ok - thought you phoned out for one.

I'll have some of the buffet later on and a sneaky wee bit of Pavlova.

Normally we do JJ But Marksies tonight and it’s delicious x
We had takeaway Chinese from our local one, but it will be the last, manager / owner have changed and I guess chefs have as well, food was really greasy and not tasty. Got a calendar as a valued customer. that will be going in bin. Will try Chinese in next village that does free delivery service.

But tradional local moonshine was something else and quite smooth, maybe I got the good stuff.
No traditions here...DD is not so inclined. In fact, she's sitting across from me...glued to her laptop. Finishing a work project that needs completing unfortunately.
I'd be very happy if someone donated a bottle of Ophir gin to me. Not medicinal...has ginger and eastern spices in it. Hmmmm.
