The actual pyrotechnics organisations who have been campaigning against firework control have said no firework use at this time, NHS hospitals and staff have been saying please don't and still the asshats do it.
Have heard fireworks, but not clapping. But my women says "the whole street were at it". Have my doubrs, but in any case, it must be my hearing, as I never heard a thing. She seems worried we're the "only" ones not doing it, but I said I was no sheep to follow daft behaviour because of peer pressure, I have more sense and decorum. I'm not going to play at seals to please others. It achieves nothing useful, and nor does the fireworks for that matter. But stiff upper lip and all that, ignore it, stay calm, carry on.
