I had my cat nuterted Friday, she's in great form since I bought her home, but I'm worried about her scar, it was flat for the first day but it has turned into a bump, is this normal?

It looks like granulation , which can be a normal phase of healing - nothing to stop you sending the Vet that image for advice though.

Can i post a picture?
Could be serious, I'd recommend a CAT scan.
Looks odd to me. Where are the stitches?

Stitches are on her left hand side.

That's funny Doug, ha ha.

Maybe a small haematoma under the scar. If it doesn't get infected it will reabsorb.
Is it cold and crispy (scab) or hot and squashy ( infection)?

If its a scab leave it to drop off. If its hot and soft call the vet, your cat may need it cleaning.
To be fair, I would have rang the vet anyway, instead of coming on here!
Hopefully Luca has now done so, it was 11.40 at night.
Oh what would I do without you mamya??
I'm sure you'd cope.
I KNOW I would.
It can happen. I have had two pets who have acquired an egg shape lump on the wound, basically because it was difficult to keep them inactive. Try and keep the cat in and try to restrict her from jumping. The lump will go down. However if it gets inflamed or looks angry she should see a vet.

I emailed a photo as Mama Lynn suggested. This is the reply.
"Occasionally we see a temporary lump forming at the surgery site, which is a mild reaction around the muscle layers and internal stitches.
As long as it is not painful to touch, not oozing fluid and not getting
bigger, then it should be nothing to worry about. It will disappear
gradually over the next week or two."

The swelling has gone down.

If you do notice any of the above, then we will get her in for assessment.
It’s always best to ask the experts.
Good outcome - and good for you to have been concerned

Your cat is adorable, Toorak.
He is - and very spoiled :-)
Glad you got some reassurance.
