Is there an alternative? Impossible to give as a tablet as I want to keep all my fingers. If I crush it in her meal, she just won’t eat it.

The 'spot on' worming treatments that you can buy in supermarkets only provide protection against a limited number of types of worms.

However Dronspot (which, like 'spot on' flea treatments, you simply put on the back of a cat's neck) provides a similar level of protection to that offered by Milbemax tablets. (i.e. it covers all types of worms).

Pets at Home sell it but NOT in their stores. You MUST buy it online, as it's a 'prescription only' medicine, requiring you to go through a bit of (simple) form-filling before they can send it out to you:

(It's what I use with my own cats).
